Meet Lisa! Lisa Guest is the Prevention Supervisor in the Behavioral Health and Treatment Services Unit at Sieda Community Action. She has been employed at Sieda Community Action for 30 years.

“Resilience is the ability of an individual to move forward and recover quickly from a difficult experience”.

Lisa believes that a resilient community is one where there are a wealth of resources available to assist those in need. She has lived and worked in Wapello County most of her life. She is excited to be a part of the Resilient Communities Steering Committee because she knows that everyone collaborating together will improve
the community as a whole.
